Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US and 23 other countries. If you live in a country that we do not currently ship to, please contact us and we will add your country!

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on several factors including the number of items in your order and your location. The total shipping cost will be displayed once you enter your shipping address at checkout.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35. We also have occasional free shipping promotions (and other discounts) for email subscribers. Free shipping outside the US is not available at this time.

When will my order arrive?

Every book is made to order especially for you!

Normal production times are 3-5 business days. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday. The first printing day is the day after the order is placed. For example, an order placed on a Monday will send to the printer by Tuesday and is expected to print between Thursday (day 3) and the following Monday (day 5). Once your order is printed, it will be shipped to you.

Estimated Shipping times:

United States

  • Mail - Delivered in 10-12 days
  • Expedited Shipping - Delivered in 5-7 days
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday

Other Countries

  • Currently shipping to Argentina, Aruba, Austria, Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and UK

Can I track my order?

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email which will include a tracking link.

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

If your order has taken longer than our estimated shipping and printing times to arrive, please email us and we will look into it for you.

My order says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it.

If your order shows delivered but you did not receive it, please check the tracking link for any details about where the package was left. Check around your property and ask neighbors if they may have received your package by mistake. If you still cannot locate your package, please email us right away and we will investigate further.

 Events out of our control.

Unfortunately, things happen that are out of our control. Natural disasters, national health emergencies, shipping company issues, and other unforeseen events may affect the delivery of your order. Busy seasons such as holidays may have longer delivery times due to shipping company delays.
