Can I return a book for a refund?
Since each book is made to order especially for you, we generally cannot accept returns. Some exceptions apply, such as receiving damaged items.
My order arrived damaged or I got the wrong item.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, we want to make it right.
Please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt and attach photos of the item in question. We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items free of charge.
Can I return a Gift Card?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order so we can alert the printer. Once the printing process has begun, we cannot cancel the order. Please be sure to double check that you have the correct items in your cart before checking out.
Can I correct my shipping address after the order is placed?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order so we can alert the printer. Once the printing process has begun, we cannot make any changes to the order. Please be sure to double check that you have entered the correct shipping address before checking out.
